I love being behind the scenes, designing systems and processes to make businesses work smoother and more profitably; creating better customer experiences, and empowering solopreneurs, mompreneurs, bloggers, and entrepreneurs to realize their ambitions. I love watching someone’s eyes light up when they realize it wasn't as hard as they thought to get their business launched online. It just took some coaching and working with someone like me.
